These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dnyantra application (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal or internal use. White-label, OEM, or commercial redistribution of the App requires a separate written agreement with us.

2. Driver safety & responsible use

The App is intended to assist with in-vehicle tasks. Your safety and the safety of others is your responsibility. Do not interact with the App in a way that distracts you while driving. You must obey all traffic laws and regulations that apply where you drive, including laws governing the use of screens and devices in vehicles. Configure and adjust the App only when it is safe and legal to do so, ideally while parked.

Information shown by the App — including speed, navigation prompts, “Now Playing” details, and time — is provided for convenience only, may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable, and must not be relied upon as your sole source of information. Always rely on your vehicle’s own instruments and your own judgment.

3. Third-party apps and services

The App can launch, and display information surfaced by, other applications you install (such as navigation, telephony, or music apps). Those apps are provided by third parties and are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control them, are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability, and do not endorse them. The App is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC, Android Automotive OS, or any third-party app provider. Product names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

4. No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with your specific head unit or vehicle.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, or for any vehicle damage, traffic violation, accident, injury, or loss arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App. Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.

6. Updates and changes

We may release updates, modify, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date will reflect changes, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, branding, and assets, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Except for the license above, no rights are granted to you. The “Dnyantra” name and logo may not be used without permission.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
